Learning and livelihood follow-up
Our report records arrangements for vocational learning and training through ChrisWOV on 6 and 7 June. On 9 June, members visited a small gardening activity and recorded harvesting and sales at that visit. This observation does not provide a baseline or a reliable measure of income change.
Reviewing the year
Planning meetings preceded our annual general meeting on 24 June. Members and participants reviewed activities, difficulties and the work ahead. The separate AGM account explains the priorities discussed. Plans for further training and support remain distinct from activities already completed.
Trade learning and a garden visit
On 2 June, arrangements were made for an electronics apprenticeship through CBC EDID and the Women’s Work Department. Another proposed placement awaited the family’s choice of trade, while an older applicant required a different referral route. The accounts therefore describe different stages of access to vocational learning.
Two previously referred people attended ChrisWOV training on 6–7 June. On 9 June, two members visited an urban spice garden. The report records plants growing, a recent harvest and sales, and members buying produce. This establishes an observed activity and reported sales on the occasion, without supplying a full business balance or a measured income change.
Preparing the second annual meeting
An online planning meeting on 12 June agreed to hold the AGM on Saturday 24 June. A further executive meeting on 20 June considered food, drinks, seating, canopies and transport. The report distinguishes this preparation from the meeting itself.
The AGM at the Musang office reviewed the organisation’s year, difficulties and future work. Participants contributed sketches, slogans and experiences. A separate detailed AGM report preserves the order of the programme, financial presentation and neighbourhood contacts. It provides the event account alongside this broader monthly record.
