A contribution to small activities

A donor-supported distribution took place on 4 January. Five participants received support and were encouraged to consider activities they could sustain. The monthly and separate event reports describe the same occasion, so we do not count them as two distributions.

The need for later evidence

The documents record the contribution and discussion on the day. They do not establish what each participant later started, sales or a lasting change in income. Individual financial amounts and personal circumstances are excluded from this public summary.

The 4 January gathering

A donor’s contribution was delivered through an intermediary at a gathering on 4 January. Five people received support for sustainable small activities. The intermediary prayed, expressed thanks and encouraged careful use of the resources. The coordinator also thanked those who had contributed.

The monthly report records the occasion in brief. A separate two-page account adds the sequence of the discussion, participants’ appreciation and photographs at the close. Neither source supplies later business accounts. The delivery and the hope that it would support livelihoods should remain distinct from a verified result.

Project-related administration

The remaining passage concerns organisational borrowing and payments associated with proposed fishing and poultry projects. It records an administrative and financial step, without evidence in this document that the proposed external project funding was received or the projects completed.

The underlying figures, account details and arrangements require reconciliation in the private financial records. They are not carried into a public financial statement through this activity account.
