Listening and following up
Our visits covered small livelihood activities and families’ requests for everyday support. We offered counselling and guidance and followed up with other services about promised assistance. The source includes private household and health information; this public account describes the work without identifying those circumstances.
Building contacts for support
We contacted the National Employment Fund about project registration, submitted reports to Social Affairs and discussed possible assistance with CDENO. A list was requested and submitted. These administrative steps describe preparation and coordination; the August distribution has its own later record.
Home and business-site contact
Visits during April and May combined attention to livelihood activities, living conditions and families’ requests. A business-site visit considered how an activity was progressing. Other visits identified difficult accommodation and caregiving pressures. Discussion also concerned rehabilitation, schooling and the support families were still waiting for.
The team provided counselling and guidance and followed up earlier requests with partner services. The source contains personal and clinical accounts, which remain private. This edition retains the work undertaken and the need for continued contact, without presenting a visit as evidence that the underlying difficulties were resolved.
Following the partner pathways
The coordinator engaged with the National Employment Fund about project registration and submitted annual accountability material to Social Affairs. Contact with CDENO led to the preparation of information about people seeking livelihood support. Office documentation and reporting continued alongside field visits.
The August distribution report later describes the poultry inputs received through CDENO and PULCCA. Reading the two records together makes the sequence clearer: an initial contact and submitted information in May, then a separate distribution in August. The months should not be counted as two deliveries of the same support.
